Fred, I know a lot of model builders that use Kens Fuzzy Fur and they use, "Flocking" and to me, its to "fuzzy" looking to be or resemble "carpet" I tried the embossing powder and to me, it looks more like OEM type carpet, and has a good visual effect as well....
The funny thing is, I go to a local craft store a lot and check out the "clearance item isle" all the time and just so happened to see a shelf that was loaded with all sorts of embossing powder for real cheap, I mean not an 1/8th the cost at regular price so I took ALL of it, and the color I needed for both the '68 Dart, and Dad's '79 Dodge truck, was the same, but that "color" embossing powder is scented, and it smells like Root Beer (I'm not sure if your familiar to the taste of that drink, or the smell of it) but its cool, and its funny at the same time because the Soda (the drink) was my Dad's favorite drink, so its kinda ironic that way! BUT even so, it looks good on the floor of that truck and the car!
Whats more, is the fact that out of ALL the embossing powder I have...... thats thee only one I have thats scented!

Thank You...... as you'll all see in time (the longer I'm around and the more you see of my builds), you'll see I really enjoy the detailing aspect of the models, the more I can add the better to me they look! AND I try to keep it within reason, (cost wise) and make a lot of my own parts....
But, that said, isn't one build that isn't highly detailed. Or if it isn't, it won't be long till it is highly detailed!
